We would love to invite you to come and serve with us together.  “Together we can change a world!” Our congregation is made up of families of all ages who share together in a unique blend of Christian service. We are a very caring congregation that strongly believes in reaching out beyond ourselves to spread and apply the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  Here you will find a warm welcome and ample opportunity to grow in your relationship with Jesus and his church.  We are dedicated to building God’s Kingdom one family at a time.  We are pleased to be able to pastor such a great group of Christian families and we welcome you to join us.

BIO:

• Pastors: Gary and Karen Ashley began to fulfill their call to the ministry in 1995.
• In 2003, Pastors Gary and Karen Ashley by call and an open door of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  Founded and Pastor Cross Way Church of Worship, nondenominational church in Aberdeen, North Carolina.
• Pastors Gary and Karen Ashley received their Associate Degree of Bible Studies from Vision International University in Ramona, California.

Tommy began serving as our Evangelist Outreach leader since October 2020. Tommy has a heart to share Jesus everywhere!  He disciples others to share their faith with everyone.  Everywhere Tommy goes his love shows JESUS!  Tommy and his wife, Christy, grew up in Moore County and have two children, Gracie and Jonathan, and reside in Pinehurst, North Carolina.  He and his wife also have a nonprofit, Awaken Ministries of NC that outreaches into the community.  "Have you heard the good news?"  Jesus Loves You!!

Adele & Wesley Orellana began their journey on as part of a Praise Team for over 10 years when they felt the call to Lead Worship. God has given them a passion for Worship and to share with that with others. Their goal is to help the congregation encounter the presence of God through music and the art of worship. Adele and her husband, Wesley, enjoy doing worship together.  They both enjoy spending time with family and living life to the fullest!

Christy began serving as our Children’s Ministries Coordinator since October 2018. She has a heart for children and helps wherever she is needed. She graduated from University of North Carolina Pembroke with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Accounting. She desires to impact children to build God’s kingdom, one child at a time. As well as the Children’s Ministry Coordinator, you can also find her at the Welcome Desk in Children’s Ministry before services. Christy and her husband, Tommy, grew up in Moore County and have two children, Gracie and Jonathan, and reside in Pinehurst, North Carolina.
